Manchester Music Makers is a friendly orchestra of intermediate standard, always ready to welcome new members. The orchestra was established in 2006 by a group of six amateur musicians.
Now, some years later, we have grown to over 30 players, covering all sections of the standard orchestra. Our repertoire is of intermediate standard and ranges through arrangements of Beethoven, Vaughan Williams, Tchaikovsky and Khatchatourian to Gershwin, Leroy Anderson and Simon and Garfunkel.
The orchestra meets every Wednesday from 1-3 pm at
Union Chapel, Fallowfield.
